- A Star Scholars provides online tuition for O and A Level students across multiple boards (CAIE, Edexcel, and others).
- Lessons include structured teaching, progress tracking, assignments, and exam preparation.
2. Student Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled lessons punctually.
- Complete assignments, practice papers, and tasks as agreed with tutors.
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior during online sessions.
3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Ensure students have the necessary devices and stable internet access for sessions.
- Support regular study habits and encourage timely completion of assignments.
4. Tutors’ Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Provide feedback, progress updates, and examiner-style preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and data.
5. Payments & Scheduling
- Lessons and packages are to be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated within the agreed timeframe.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific agreements.
6. Academic Outcomes
- While our tutors are experienced and results-driven, exam grades depend on student effort, consistency, and external exam board marking. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
- Teaching materials, lesson plans, and resources provided by A Star Scholars remain the property of the company and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed without permission.
8. Termination of Services
- A Star Scholars reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or misuse of resources.
